The Homestead Restaurant is a great venue for dinner outside on the undercover patio, overlooking the main swimming pool or inside the air conditioned dining room. The Homestead Restaurant offers an extensive a la carte menu of modern Australian cuisine as well as a buffet of Soups, Salads and Deserts. The Homestead Restaurant is open nightly for dinner from 5:30pm.

Low Isles is an hour’s exhilarating sailing in tropical breezes across the Coral Sea from Port Douglas. Wavedancer, Quicksilver’s 30 metre luxury sailing catamaran, brings you the excitement of big ship sailing in comfort and style.
Choose a cool drink from the licensed bar, relax in the comfort of a spacious air-conditioned lounge, or soak up the sun and sea air under the sails on her expansive decks. The Quicksilver crew will show you how to get the best from your day. They’ll guide you through all the activities, from snorkelling to exploring the island’s beach with a marine biologist or viewing the coral gardens from a glass bottomed boat. Wavedancer remains moored in the island’s calm lagoon and guests can take a regular shuttle from the beach to the boat. A tropical buffet lunch is served on board.

Please note due to aviation regulations passengers must be able to climb in and out of the balloon unaided and children must be 4-13 years old and accompanied by an adult.
